Is your Roberts Revival Radio looking a bit sad? Give it a new look with Susan Penny
I have had my lovely Roberts radio for more years than I care to remember.  It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles that my Kindle has for music, games and social stuff; and would be difficult to store under my pillow for middle-of-the-night creative thinking, like my mp3 player.  My radio has become my workroom buddy, and when I hear the click of the on off knob I know that work has started for the day.  As my workroom gets ever closer to being completely revamped, I wanted my beloved radio to have a makeover as well. Over the years the pink leatherette covering has peeled, making it look very sad. So here is the first part of my Roberts radio makeover. Watch out for the next instalment shortly, but first I must completely remove the leatherette covering, which I need to scratch away with my nail and a blunt pair of craft scissors.
Part 2 coming soon.
